What is Pet Tracker 360®?
Similar to what is used during human cremation services, the Pet Tracker 360® tag is a small metal disc that that we use at Horsia to guarantee that you receive your horse’s, and only your horse’s, remains after cremation.
We secure the Pet Tracker 360® to the foot of your horse, or provide our veterinary partners with the Pet Tracker 360® discs to identify your loved one. Each disc has a unique number on it that is assigned to an individual horse, and is documented on all their paperwork and in our digital PetPortal system. The disc stays with your horse throughout the entire process, beginning to end, including going into the cremation chamber with them. The Pet Tracker 360® never leaves your equine. After the cremation services are complete, we carefully attach the disc to the surgical bag used to safely and securely hold your loved one’s remains.
The Steps of a private cremation at Horsia

Your horse is assigned a unique Pet Tracker 360® tag, which begins the chain of custody within our PetPortal system.

Your horse is carefully transported to and received at one of our state-of-the-art facilities. The Pet Tracker 360® is verified at pick-up and arrival.

Our caring staff verifies your info and final wishes, and receives authorization to proceed with cremation. Keepsakes are lovingly made and documented alongside the PetTracker360®.

Our operations staff confirms the keepsakes and Pet Tracker 360® are correct, then proceeds with cremation and prepares the ashes for return with the appropriate urn.

Your horse’s urn and keepsakes are carefully prepared and quality checked alongside the Pet Tracker 360®. You are notified that services are complete, and are able to retrieve them.
